DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Your orders will be delivered to the cargo company named "Sürat Kargo" within 48 hours latest subsequent to approval. Your orders will be dispatched to your recorded shipping address within 7 business days. Cargo is free in shopping made by exceeding the amount of 500 TL. Cargo deliveries are only applied in Turkey. Please control your delivery address prior to submitting your order.

FOREIGN SHIPPING

For "Standart Shipping", your orders will be delivered to the cargo company named "PTT Cargo". Your orders will be dispatched to your recorded shipping address within 15-25 business days. For "Express Shipping", your orders will be delivered to the cargo company named "UPS". Your orders will be dispatched to your recorded shipping address within 7 business days. In case of an inconvenience on our side, we will contact you based on the information you have provided to us. Therefore, the correctness of your membership information is highly important. We assume that the information you saved in our website is true, complete and correct. Rivus does not have an obligation to verify such information. We kindly remind you that you will be responsible for any inconvenience due to a mistake in such information. Kindly also note that, shipments sent abroad may be subject to import duties and taxes. Any and all fees, taxes and duties to be paid at the customs for the importation of the Products to your country will be borne by yourself. Mamluk Archery does not accept liability in the event of import duties and taxes which are responsibility of the buyer.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your order, please email us your order number and information mail us at info@mamlukarchery.com Your transaction will be carried out if no shipment is made.

How can I return it?

• You may return the product you received, in the form you received it within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, without unpacking / destroying the product or using it. You must return the product with a petition or return form containing the product invoice, order number. • Open and check the packages in front of the company representative you are considering shipping damage to. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a record to the cargo company. Please note that you have accepted that the cargo company fully fulfills its duty once the product has been delivered. • If the customer returns the product, the returned product will be returned in ten (10) days from the date of receipt to us. Your credit card product is returned by your bank within seven (7) business days. Your credit card may not reflect your account on the same day. In this situation you need to call the credit-card services of your bank.
